I have bought several types from the shopping area of this app. I listen to them as I fall asleep. After a couple of sessions, I find the changes take effect.
Great for helping you change your behaviour or helping you through a life change. Works for me!
Its a great relaxation recording. Puts me to sleep and calms me completely. However, i bought 5 in app add ons and i cant get any of them to play. No matter what i do i can only get the original relaxation recording. At 4$ a session, Im rather disappointed and hope they fix this....
Ive tried many-many apps like this because of my insomnia. This is the only thing that has helped me and helps now. Firstly you can think that the voice is too simple and that theres no background music like binaural waves etc., but believe me it doesnt matter - it only helps. I almost never hear the half of her words because I fall asleep very fast. Well, just try it. Its for sleepless and desperate :)
Some bad moments
There is a constant echo which makes it impossible to understand what is being said.
Developer of this app needs to fix this issue. App crashes after one use and you have to keep re-downloading. Content of app is good but they really need to fix this problem.
Spent 4.99 on this and every time I try to open the app, it instantly closes. I should have listened to the other reviewers. Do not purchase this unless you see a message from the developer stating that this issue has been fixed. I am very disappointed.
Love the app, it really helps me sleep, but it crashes about once a week and has to be reinstalled. Could the developer please fix this issue?
I am extremely happy with this app and would recommend it to others for sure. No crashing, not even once, so issues must have been fixed before I had gotten it. Thanks for a great app!
