The womans voice is a bit hard to relax to she swells and ebbs with her own enthusiasm.
One of the best apps to really relax on a very deep level.
Sitting on a patio in Arvada, CO before the business of the day begins; watching, listening to natural surroundings with the automated babbling stream audio and the soothing voice of the therapist, ahhhhhhhhhh. :-)
I love it. The soft sounds and voices put me to sleep every time I work shift work and sleeping is a task at times. I can use this to put me to sleep. I highly recommend
I got this app after trying two other apps for relaxation that were nice but did nothing for me. I cannot believe how relaxed I was after listening to this just once. It was amazing! I feel very relaxed and even happier--which is strange bc nothing about mood or happiness was mentioned and I am alone in a room. I am downloading another one of her apps right now. I will definitely listen to this again.
While not perfect for me (I would change some details), this app starts me down a very good path. Used with Reiki, it is a very useful resource.
Pleasantly surprised how this app is set up. Im currently fighting my own demons by getting off all medications and going onto homeopathic meds. Having a hard time, but this app is really helping. I highly recommend it for living a heathy, balanced life.

After reading all these reviews I was very disappointed in this app. Her voice is not soothing in the least, it does not flow she gets quite and loud and not relaxing whatsoever. I have about 15 apps from Andrew Johnson and theyre absolutely amazing but thought I would give this a try definitely not worth the money. I tried it 3 times and had to go back to Andrew Johnson every night.
Ive downloaded all of Rachael Meddows apps and they are worth every penny! I use one almost every day/ night for a power nap or good night sleep. Help with stress, focus & balance.
Its been years since Ive been able to sleep for more than 30 minutes straight. Now, with the hypothesis apps., Im sleeping 5 hours straight for the first time in a long time. You cant even imagine how that affects everything in your body. I really hope that it keeps working, its life changing getting that R. E. M. sleep and its so important to our well being, I have been sick for a long time and maybe this is my miracle, and not just this app. , I have about 25 hypnosis apps. And pick a different one each night. Thank you.

I found this app years ago when I was doing research on how alternative therapies could help to treat symptoms of PTSD. At the time I was suffering from frequent panic attacks associated with PTSD triggers of my own. My therapist had told me that meditation could help me to learn to be more mindful within the moment and, thus, ideally lessening the severity of the anxiety attacks. Unfortunately Ive never been very successful with meditations on my own, and in the midst of an anxiety attack it surely didnt work. The guided feature in this app however, has helped me calm down and come out of a PTSD episode more times than I care to admit. I mostly used the relaxation track to help treat my PTSD and anxiety at first. But Ive also downloaded several of the other available tracks. I always try to pick one thats relevant to what is currently stressing me out, and turn it on before I go to bed. When I wake up in the morning I can definitely feel a shift in the energies within my body and a reduced stress response as well. Also, I am a Fitness Professional and Pilates Instructor, and I recommend this app when ever I can to my clients. I believe that the mind-body-spirit connection must be found in order to reach any fitness or health goals.
